Until such time legislation existed to allow the holding of Virtual meetings, all Council meetings were suspended, including the Annual Council Meeting (ACM) which should be held in May each year.

In the absence of being able to meet all Cllrs kept their previous positons for a 2nd year, including Chairmanship.
